Pustaka Katulistiwa lahir sebagai sarana untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang terus menerus. Jurnal ilmiah ini dibuat untuk dijadikan arena diskursus intelektual melalui tulisan, untuk mempublikasikan berbagai temuan ilmiah, konsep atau teori baru yang akan menjadikan dasar dalam memberikan layanan Asuhan Keperawatan. Berdasarkan kesepakatan Bersama, Jurnal Ilmiah ini diberi nama “Pustaka Katulistiwa (Karya Tulis Ilmiah Keperawatan)” yang akan diterbitkan pertama kali di bulan Januari 2020. Pustaka Katulistiwa diperuntukan bagi praktisi akademis, tenaga kesehatan, serta mahasiswa yang beminat dalam pengembangan Ilmu Keperawatan dengan memuat naskah hasil penelitian maupun naskah konsep di bidang Ilmu Keperawatan. In 2022 the number of TB cases will increase even more with the number of cases of 810 pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers in the Parigi Moutong District area). The aim of the research was to determine the condition of the homes of pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers in the working area of the Sumbersari Community Health Center, South Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research was carried out in the working area of the Sumbersari Health Center, South Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency, the research variables were ventilation, residential density, house floors, walls and ceilings. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The sam-ple used a total sampling of 9 people. Based on the results of univariate analysis, the ventilation conditions in most respondents' homes meet the requirements. Condition: Most of the house occupancy densities meet the requirements. The condition of the walls of the house all meet the requirements. Most of the house floor condi-tions meet the requirements. The condition of most house ceilings does not meet the requirements. The conclu-sion of the research is that the condition of tuberculosis sufferers' houses in terms of ventilation, density of the house, walls, floor and ceiling mostly meets the requirements. Based on interviews conducted on 3 teenagers in Malei Village, two of them said that when they menstruated they felt moderate menstrual pain, other teenager said that when they menstruated they felt heavy menstrual pain, and it interfered with their activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of warm water compress complementary therapy on dysmenorrhea in teenagers at Malei Village, Poso Regency. The research design using quantitative with a pre-test-post-test group only design. The data using primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate. The population in this study were adolescents aged 12-17 years in Malei Village totaling 46 people. The sample was 32 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that the average pain of respondents before being given warm compresses was 56.3% on a moderate scale, the average pain of respondents after being given warm compresses was 90.6% on a mild scale. There is a difference, before and after warm compresses with P = 0.000 (p &lt;0.05). The conclusion, there is an effect of complementary therapy of warm water compresses on dysmenorrhea pain in adolescents. Based on the results of observations made on 4 social isolation patients who were in the Manggis, Salak and Serikaya rooms, it showed that the patients were unable to socialize, rarely did music therapy, the social isolation patients did not know what therapy could be done to improve social skills and did not know the purpose of the therapy. music. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of music therapy on the ability to socialize in socially isolated patients at the Madani Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experiment design with a pre test-post test one group only design. Data types are primary and secondary. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The population in this study were all social isolation patients in the Manggis, Salak and Serikaya rooms. The sample in this study consisted of 10 respondents, using total sampling. Results: The results of the study showed that the statistical test results obtained a p value = 0.005 ≤ 0.05, with a median value before music therapy of 2, maximum and minimum values of 1-7, while the median value after music therapy was 8, maximum and minimum values by 3-10. The conclusion is that there is an influence of music therapy on social skills in social isolation patients. Based on the results of researchers' interviews with 5 pregnant women who visited the Marawola Community Health Center, 3 of them said that they were experiencing their first pregnancy, and usually felt dizzy and their blood pressure was higher than before pregnancy. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with preeclampsia in pregnant women in the Marawola Community Health Center working area. This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional approach. Data types use primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The population in this study was all 125 pregnant women in the Marawola Community Health Center working area. The sample in this study consisted of 33 respondents. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between maternal age with p value = 0.000, gravida p value = 0.005 and maternal BMI p value = 0.008 with the incidence of preeclampsia in the Marawola Health Center working area. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between BMI, gravida and age and preeclampsia in pregnant women. Suggestions: It is hoped that this research can become a reference in libraries in developing knowledge about nursing. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of nursing services in terms of the dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, em-pathy and reliability at the Raja Kunciotutu Tinombo Regional General Hospital. This research uses descrip-tive research. The variable in this research is the quality of nursing services. The types of data are primary and secondary. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate analysis. The population in this study were all patients who were treated in the inpatient room or who came for treatment at the Internal Poly-clinic. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents and the sampling technique used purposive sam-pling. The research results showed that 24 stated that responsiveness was good, 27 stated that responsiveness was sufficient, 46 stated that responsiveness was poor, 45 stated that the guarantee was good, 42 stated that the guarantee was sufficient, 10 stated that the guarantee was not enough, 7 stated that the physical evidence was good, 30 stated that the physical evidence was sufficient, 60 stated that the physical evidence poor, 5 said empa-thy was good, 18 said empathy was sufficient 4 said empathy was poor 31 said reliability was good 56 said reliability was sufficient 10 respondents said reliability was poor Conclusion based on the research results patients felt the quality of nursing services was still not good in terms of responsiveness, patients felt the quality of nursing services it is still not good from the physical evidence dimension and patients feel that the quality of nursing services is still not good from the empathy dimension. The success of babies in getting the five types of basic immunization is measured through indicators of complete basic immunization as a basis for achieving international commitments, namely Universal Child Immunization (UCI). UCI sub-districts/villages are sub-districts/villages with complete basic immunization coverage for babies before 1 year old evenly throughout. Village/subdistrict. The aim of this research is to describe mothers' knowledge about complete basic immunization towards 100% Universal Child Immunization (UCI) in villages in South Parigi District. This type of research is descriptive research. The variable in this study is the mother's knowledge about complete basic immunization. The types of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. The analysis used in this research is univariate analysis. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies 0-12 months old in the working area of the Sumbersari Community Health Center, South Parigi District at the time the research was conducted. The sample was 43 people using an accidental sampling tech-nique. The results of this study showed that of the 43 respondents, 55.8% had good knowledge, 39.5% had sufficient knowledge and 4.7% had poor knowledge.
